6-I very much support the idea that all golf courses have the solo rider carts that allow people with walking impairments to play the game.
General Comments
I am a player assistant / marshal at a university / private course that plays 65,000-75,000 rounds a year and when I have seen our solo rider cart out and being used, I can say that the physically impaired player using it has very nicely kept up with our pace-of-play schedule, which is 18 holes in 4.5 hours. In fact, I was behind the solo rider foursome only yesterday, and he was doing better time than two students who were walking and carrying their clubs.
