The A.D.A. in purpose, levels the playing field for all Americans,in practice it does little but inspire fear in educated merchants and government. As a handicapped individual I can tell you first hand that although the A.D.A. is a great document the compliance and enforement is non-existant. Why not enforce current laws and forget changes? You may only weaken this fine effort to bring about change, a historical effort that will be viewed by many generations as our finest hour. Hand's off the A.D.A.
